OSP – Online School
Payments is a fully integrated online school activity and cafeteria funds payment solution for K-12 Schools.
OSP allows parents, students,
and guardians to securely pay using a credit card or e-check online using a web
browser from any location, 24 hours a day.
The Online School Payments (OSP) system empowers school book keepers, teachers and staff sponsors to easily setup school activities,
events and other financial obligations online for purchase from within
a web interface. Parents then can go online, view these activities,
add
them to
a shopping cart, check out and pay by using a credit card or an e-check.
After payment is made the system will automatically send an email receipt
to the purchaser and a subsequent email is sent to the Teacher/Sponsor
of the activity notifying them that a payment has been received for
a student.
In addition to the eCommerce solution for excepting online school payments, a web portal is provided so bookkeepers, teachers, sponsers
and school administrators can view and manage their own activities without the expense of centralized web site administration and support staff.
